4. We have not received any League of Women voters' guides for the primary, yet. If a patron needs a copy, please direct them to the League of Women Voters' Texas website: http://www.lwvtexas.org/
5. If you need to work on a new display, Central now offers Room 455, which is full of crafting supplies including die cuts, colored paper rolls and much, much more!
6. Meyer is getting a new Chinese Community Center volunteer. His name is Mr. Thanh Phan. He is still learning English and has only been in the U.S. for two months. Mr. Thanh (pronounced "Tahn") will start out shelving picture books. He gets one 15 minute break per day, but may study English and tech skills on our laptops for long periods of time. As well, if he asks for someone to sign his time sheet (and Byron is not available) any staff member may sign it. If you need him to help you with something other than shelving, he has the right to refuse.
